Please use this form to upload EHIC data to the Datastore. You may enter data manually or use the "generate random data" button to fill in automatically. Once the form is completed, use the "upload" button to upload the data to the Datastore and then you can query the data store to see the results and then add a credential to the WWWallet.

To add a verifiable credential to the WWWallet, user authentication is required. A fixed list of users is available. Please select a user in the list. The login and password for the SimpleSAML authentication will then be the last name of that user is lower case.
